How is all that freedom working for you?

Some of you may think, strange headline for such a pretty sunflower picture, but that is because like many my life is a dichotomy of items.  See, my summer is going as well as can be expected given the circumstances, but in the meantime, the country is going down the shitter, because freedom and 'merica? In case you didn't know it, you are all being sold a nostalgia poison pill.  

You see, there are so many "back in the day" or "great again" nebulous bullshit items being thrown at the fan that is the American public and unfortunately, a lot of it stuck.  Creating an us vs. them so that we don't look behind the curtain (check), creating a morphing and nebulous enemy that requires a step toward federalization of police (unrest, crime, homelessness, evil immigrants - check), create distrust in staple institutions and science (check), etc.

Honestly, you are all too fucking stupid to see that you have actually sold your independence and freedoms for a false sense of security.  I could also go on with the fighting woke, etc.  I just wonder what's more important funding the important scientific research that has propelled mankind forward or stuffing those gays back in the closet.  I know, this is a disingenuous intellectual comparison because you all can shutdown science and discriminate based on whatever shit you are offended by today all at the same fucking time.

I could go on and on, but if you are reading this and you think, fuck him, he's talking about me.  Then yes, I am fucking talking about you.  You have been bamboozled by a billionaire playboy philanderer (and yes, I do understand that playboy philanderer is redundant).  Seriously, the only people that understand the plight of the American citizen is a buffoon that talks like a middle school student and the hateful sycophants he surrounds himself with.  

I could go on, but I know I am screaming at the wall here and I hope you enjoyed the pictures.  I will leave you with one item here.  I love this country, I volunteered to serve for that reason, not to get a job, not for the paycheck and the great benefits - I joined the USMC because I am a fucking patriot, a real one.  With that said though, intellectually, I know that the bordered control we have over the populous has to come to an end and trade and partnership has to be global.

It was easy keeping people controlled and within borders when it took 3 months and hardship to get anyplace new.  However, we humans still traversed sea and land to look for better lives.  We have been migrating and trading since we existed and it is unnatural to put up all these borders and to tell one set of humans that they do not deserve to improve their status in life by migrating (though that migration story is  the same for nearly everyone's relatives reading this post).  If you search your soul and you are honest with yourself a lot of your fear (and yes it is fear) is that if someone else gains something, that you will lose something; or you believe the false narrative that "you did this all by yourself" and "they need to pull themselves up by their bootstraps" (etc).  

I continue to find it amusing that even after you realize that you are just a product to be manipulated through commercialism and control that you continue to consume relentlessly while blindly following a billionaire class that is actively securing their own future, without you.  

Yet you continue to blindly follow.  

Personally, you will see to late that all of this hate has been manufactured and spoon fed to you.  Oh, and if you claim to be a follower of the American Jesus, your penance is to read the sermon on the mount every day until you realize that your modern religion has nothing to do with those kind and caring words.

I'm not fucking good and you should not be either.
